Board grade is a question with a real answer
Ask what board is used and ask about the emissions grade. Different markets require different things and the factories in Lecong are used to being asked, so a supplier who gives you the grade straight away is one worth keeping.

Knock down usually wins
Assembled cabinets ship air and arrive dented. Knock down ships flat and arrives fine, provided the fittings are decent and the instructions exist in a language your customer reads.
Ask for the assembly instructions before you order and look at them. If they’re a bad photocopy with no words, that becomes your customer service problem, and it’s easy to fix at the factory and expensive to fix after delivery.

Should I order cabinets assembled or knock down?
Knock down for anything shipping a long distance, unless your customer won’t assemble. The container space saving is large and damage rates are much lower. Just check the fittings and the instructions first.
What board should I ask for?
